Beardies are omnivores and will eat almost anything that will fit in their mouths (which isn't always a good thing).  As with any animal, their dietary needs change as they grow.  Here are some pretty good guidelines to follow:

Age 2-4 months
          -   Repcal pellets daily
          -   Crickets (no larger than the space between eyes) 2-3 times daily
          -   Finely chopped greens daily
          -   Calcium supplement twice daily - Vitamins twice a week
          -   Diet should consist of 80% protein and 20% greens

Age 4-8 months
          -   Repcal pellets daily
          -   Crickets (appropriate size) 1-2 times daily
          -   Greens daily or every other day
          -   Calcium supplement 2-3 times weekly - Vitamins weekly
          -   Diet should consist of 50% protein and 50% greens

Age 8 months - Adult
          -   Repcal pellets daily
          -   Crickets every other day - every third day
          -   Greens daily or every other day
          -   Calcium supplement 2-3 times weekly - Vitamins weekly
          -   Diet should consist of 20% protein and 80% greens

Good greens include - collared greens, escarole, turnip greens, mustard greens, dandilion greens, endive, cactus pad, etc.
Good live prey include - crickets, silk worms, super worms(not too often), etc.
Beardies love fruit and it can be mixed in with their salad.

Never feed your beardie anything larger than the width between its eyes.  This can cause impaction.  Also, lightening bugs, box elder bugs, lady bugs, rhubarb, and avacado are HIGHLY toxic to your beardie.
